Are you looking for a deeper understanding of what drives you? Do you notice repeating patterns that are unsatisfactory? Do you desire more? Do you feel confused, anxious, wondering if you deserve better?

People who come to me often have insight however, they are frustrated by repeated patterns. I offer a non-judgemental exploratory environment where your experiences are valued. After understanding your challenge and you feel comfortable, I may propose a slightly different perspective. A slightly new viewpoint can be liberating, and new behaviours can be more easily undertaken. The payoff is feeling lighter, happier, relieved, and more at peace with yourself, and therefore with others and your surroundings.  For those unsure of the impact of their alcohol or drug use, wondering what steps to take to limit or cease the damage, I can assist in identifying and understanding your desires. I offer support in providing alternative choices, and a road map of recovery and gaining personal control. For those facing either their first experience of mental illness and are unsure of what’s happening or are perhaps experiencing a return to their symptoms, I can assist. This can be frightening for you of course, but also for the caregivers. Caregivers who love you deeply may need assistance in learning to manage the illness. Let me be your guide and coach through your process of learning, growing and managing life.

Get To Know Me Personally

  • Music, live theatre, Nature Bathing, time with family and friends.

  • I have a need to “be of service” to my fellow humans and animals. I believe we can live our best selves when we offer to give and accept kindness, humility and love.

  • Several career changes and going back to get my degrees in my late 30’s early 40’s.

  • An actor.

  • I enjoy time with my partner, travel, and playing guitar.

  • I have had many life experiences and continue to learn from my mistakes. Fortunately, my “cosmic 2X4” has been drastically reduced as I have developed “maturity” in decision-making. And understanding, Gloria Steinem’s quote, “The truth will set you free, but first it’s going to piss you off!”
