Do you ever feel like you’re constantly bracing for something to go wrong - even when things seem fine on the surface? Or like you’re stuck in patterns that you can’t explain but that feel impossible to break? I support those who are hoping for a space where they can explore thoughts and emotions that feel overwhelming or hard to share with others. I see therapy as a space we co-create to reflect, process, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped your life. My approach is compassionate, authentic, and non-judgemental. Whether you’re seeking immediate relief or long-term growth for yourself or your relationship, we’ll use curiosity to explore your experiences and develop tools to navigate challenges like stress, relationships, and self doubt, helping you move toward greater confidence and well-being. I’ll work alongside you to develop practical tools for overcoming challenges and empowering you to live the fulfilling life you deserve.

Get To Know Me Personally
-
I create space for rest without guilt, remind myself that I don't need to have everything figured out, and practice self-compassion when life feels overwhelming. I also enjoy drawing!
-
I know how powerful it is to feel truly heard and understood. Through my own experiences, I saw how the right support can create real change, and I wanted to offer that to others. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, helping you navigate challenges with warmth, curiosity, and a belief in your strength.
-
Living with Crohn’s disease has taught me resilience, patience, and how to navigate uncertainty. It’s shaped the way I approach life—and therapy—by helping me appreciate the strength it takes to face challenges head-on. I know what it’s like to manage both the visible and invisible struggles, and I bring that understanding into my work, creating a space where you don’t have to go through it alone.
-
I wanted to be a lawyer—I was drawn to understanding people’s stories and advocating for them. Over time, I realized my passion was less about arguing a case and more about helping people work through their challenges in a deeper, more personal way. That path led me to counselling, where I now help clients navigate complex emotions and life experiences with clarity and support.
-
I’m seeking out new experiences—whether it’s exploring different places, immersing myself in art and history, or connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. I love deep conversations, discovering new perspectives, and embracing the stories that shape us. I also cherish time with loved ones, sharing laughter, and planning my next adventure with my partner, a flight attendant, as we work toward our dream of seeing the world together.
-
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about making room for the growth and change already within you. Healing isn’t a destination; it’s an unfolding process of self-awareness, unlearning, and reclaiming your power. Counselling creates space to challenge old narratives, disrupt patterns that no longer serve you, and step into a version of yourself that feels more aligned, intentional, and free. You don’t have to do it alone—change happens in connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
-
Witnessing people rediscover their own strength, even when they’ve lost hope or believed change wasn’t possible. There’s something powerful about seeing clients step into a new version of themselves—rebuilding trust in their relationships, breaking free from old patterns, and realizing they are capable of growth. Being part of that journey, holding space for those moments of clarity and transformation, is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
-
Warm, non-judgmental, insightful, and easy to talk to. Clients have told me they appreciate my calming presence and ability to make difficult conversations feel safe and approachable.
-
What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly? Fear has a way of making us believe that failure is inevitable, keeping us stuck in old patterns or afraid to take risks. Change is never about being fearless—it’s about embracing the possibility that you might just soar.
